Shipping Information
We ship orders Monday-Friday via United States Postal Service. We can usually process orders in 1 day, but occasionally it can take a little longer. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process.
All packages contain a ‘Notice to Law Enforcement and Postal Workers’ in addition to a Certificate of Analysis for each hemp product. Products are packaged with care in odor-proof, light-resistant packaging and shipped in nondescript boxes. The return address will be provided as: Shipping Department, Lucky Elk, 9198 W Evans Creek Rd., Rogue River, OR 97537.
Swif Leaf is not responsible for any order that's lost in transit, not delivered, mistakenly seized, or stolen outside the customer's address. (Although this stuff rarely happens.)

From seed to sale, we ensure the quality of our products. Once your order ships, we can't control what happens to it, so we cannot accept returns. Swif Leaf reserves the right to issue refunds at the sole discretion of its management.
